BIO

I am a dance artist based in St. Petersburg. My professional dance training started with studying ballet, folk and modern dance. Further, I continued my education in contemporary dance through festivals, workshops, and summer dance schools across Europe. After the traveling with a circus in Ireland, I was enrolled in the Movement and Performance Research dance program in Finland, where I studied improvisation, contact improvisation, Authentic Movement and different contemporary dance techniques. In 2017, I received a scholarship to attend a master's program in contemporary dance at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance (University of Limerick). At present I continue my personal research in contemporary dance, working as a dance teacher and choreographer. Between 2019 and 2025 I have created several dance works where I investigated my personal approach to genera movement, which was largely based on somatic practices and different methods of movement exploration.
